SAMHITA: ICGF-Club Service

Rotary District 3190 organised its first ICGF – Club Service of 2021, “SAMHITA” on January 2, at Bangalore Palace Ground. The event was managed by Rotary Club Peenya and Rotary Bangalore Central. 850-900 people participated from various clubs.

District Gov. Rtn B.L. Nagendra Prasad gave the opening speech, welcoming all the speakers and fellow Rotarians. The speakers at the event were:

• Sri Sri Dr. Nirmalanandanahta Mahaswamiji (Sri Adichunchanagiri Mahasamsthana Mutt)
• Bhaskar Rao – ADGP Internal Security Karnataka State Police
• Arjun Janya – Indian Music Composer
• Samyukta Hornad – Indian Film Actress
• Karnal Singh – Retired IPS officer. Ex Director of Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Author of Batla House : An Encounter that shook the Nation

The arrangements for the cultural events, snacks and dinner were excellent. The event was managed keeping covid precautions.
